Naval patrol craft attached to the North-central Naval Command apprehended 5 Indian trawlers with 23 Indian fishermen onboard for intruding into Sri Lankan waters off Mannar on 22nd July 2012.
The apprehended boats are anchored off Thalai-mannar Naval Base and the crew was handed over to Thalai-mannar Police for legal action.
