Five low-intensity blasts rock Pune, one hurt

Pune: A series of bomb blasts rocked the city of Pune on Wednesday.

Five blasts of low intensity took place within a length of 500 metres of Jangali Maharaj Road. So far one person is said to be injured - the very person carrying the detonators.

The latest reports say that three blasts took place on bicycle and the fourth in a garbage dump near Bal Gandarv theatre auditorium.

Very significantly, Sushil Kumar Shinde, the new Home Minister was to arrive here this evening.
